Penguin Hair and Beauty is a unique beauty salon in the heart of Chipping Norton, offering state-of-the-art treatments with a personal touch, from Hair styling, Bio Sculpture nail treatments to HydroGen Facials.

The home of Bio Sculpture prescription manicures in Chipping Norton, we stock over 200 of the most up-to-date colours and offer exquisite nail art. We are also proud to be the very first salon to have and offer HydroGen Facial treatments, a unique facial using distilled water to cleanse and rejuvenate your skin and complexion.

Your manicures and pedicures will be the talk of the town thanks to the tailored strong, buildable bases, Ethos treatments and huge choice of colours, all Vegan and Animal Cruelty free.  We pride ourselves on high levels of industry-recognised training, and all our nail treatments are done using the same brand of polish and equipment too, meaning you can rest assured your mani or pedi will be hygienic, professional and long-lasting.

As well as nails and facials, we also offer waxing, haircuts, styling and colour, blow dries and ear piercing. We can help you with a re-style, an up-do, and also offer men’s and children’s haircuts.

Since opening on March 21st 2021, we’ve added new team members, treatments and treats to our offering. The salon is named after owner Laura’s favourite animal, the penguin! Laura began her salon dream from a workshop in her own garden, called The Nail Lodge, before deciding to go for it and set up in the salon’s Middle Row home.
